Mr. Shamshuddin is founder member of RITZ Interio and has got an experience of two decades in the relevant Industry. His dream to bring a speedy execution in the industry was a passion and he lived with this dream for over a decade. He has begun his career from the stage of lower most worker in site operations in the year 1990. The projects executed by him were always proved as milestones and display models across nation. The biggest success factors for him to stand successful in the market is amazing expertise, hard work and in-depth knowledge. He is incredible individual contributor, comfortable leading, managing multiple teams, clearing obstacles, finding innovative solutions, and being a part of a team with a common goal.
He is an active partner with an industry presence of over two decades. He is driven by a passion for business and his belief that it is people that form the heart and soul of any organisation. Mr. Shamshuddin is an experienced entrepreneur, business owner and an inspired leader. Mr. Rajesh Shukla is a qualified Civil engineer from Mumbai and has got more than 25 years of experience. He is a founder member of RITZ Interio. He has got extensive experience as a project manager in diverse industries from large corporate office to start up offices, star hotels to seasonal restaurants, matured hospitals to clinics and Large gated residential complexes to single individual residences. Mr. Rajesh Shukla known for his versatility and multitasking abilities. He consistently met budget and schedules of project demands and maintained accuracy.
He is strong in development of project scope and establishing operational priorities while maintaining positive relationships with service area leadership, staff and subcontractors. He is a star communicator and ensured timely communications between client, architect, engineers, general contractors, sub-contractors, support services, local officials, property owner and procurement team. His presence over the project would relive the customers greatly due to his continuous involvement in monitoring and controlling the project safety, quality, direct costs, schedules and overall driving towards the successful completion. He is an energy behind managing multiple projects simultaneously and overseeing all aspects of building and site construction.

Mr. Arjun is seasoned professional and founder member of RITZ Interio. He has taken up multiple roles throughout his career for more than 20 years. He takes care of Business development, networking and has got a responsibility drive the company to spread to new geographical regions, pan India. He has got vast experience in this industry and worked with renowned architects. His methodical knowledge and skilled management create a remarkable momentum in developing the business for this organisation.
The support function of dealing with materials and sourcing is a paradigm shifting which is largely focused by Mr. Arjun. He also has strong exposure in the Industry which would enable company to build the significant customer capital. He is an aggressive and passionate for brand’s image the proliferation. The customer relation management, customer service management and customer retaining management are the areas which are actively handled by Mr. Arjun.
